There is a man in Inkwell Isle One who has an axe for a head. behind him is something glowing in a goldish colour, but you can not reach it, no matter how hard you try. after Defeating all the bosses in Inkwell Isle One he moves to the side a small tad, but that is enough for you to grab the coin.
